Women in Wales is a registered charity with a committee that organise the Women in Wales annual Lunch. The purpose of the charity is to fundraise at the Luncheon to support children’s charities and projects in Wales which are selected after application by the Trustees of the charity.
Raising money to change the lives of children and their families
Since its inception this lunch has raised more than £1m. The Women in Wales committee is proud of this achievement and with your support we aim to increase our donation each year.
The Trustees of Women in Wales retain total discretion regarding the application of funds and will continue to stipulate how funds should be used by recipients.
If your organisation would like to apply for a grant, please refer to the Grant Making Policy and complete and return the Grant Aid Request Form. All applications will be considered on an annual basis with the closing date for the 2025 luncheon for applications being 31 October 2024.

This lunch has gained the enviable reputation as being one not to be missed in both the business and social calendar in Wales.
It delivers high quality food and service, excellent entertainment, great company and networking and fantastic raffle and auction prizes.
Each year it is attended by a mix of 400+ business professionals, charity volunteers and fundraisers, celebrities, family and friends all with the aim of raising money to provide help for children in Wales whilst enjoying a ‘glamorous’ event.
For the corporate market this is a real opportunity for the female owners, directors, managers and employees in the business to attend and to use the opportunity to entertain clients or staff.

Our Trustees
The Trustees of the charity comprise of a team of dedicated professional women who work throughout the year to organise the lunch. This, not only involves the fundraising activities on the day itself but also securing support from corporate organisations who sponsor the event or advertise in the programme.
