We are delighted to announce that tickets are now available for the prestigious Women in Wales
‘30 th Anniversary’ Charity Lunch being held at the Mercure Holland House Hotel & Spa, Newport
Road, Cardiff on Friday 26 April 2024.
The perfect opportunity to celebrate, network and enjoy, this fundraising lunch starts with a glass of fizz drinks reception followed by a delicious three-course meal, fabulous entertainment and fundraising activities including a silent auction with many exciting raffle prizes.
Jayne Pierson, the Welsh fashion designer who has worked with fashion greats like Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood, dressed A-list celebrities such as Rihanna and Lady Gaga and designed for Bruce Springsteen and the Kardashians has kindly agreed to be our guest speaker this year. Jayne operates in an international world but her roots are firmly planted in west Wales and her home town of Llanelli.
Profits from the 2024 lunch will be donated to two charity projects selected by the Trustees and these are Sir Gareth Edwards Cancer Charity and the Paul Sartori Foundation. Donations amounting to £30,000 were distributed to projects supported at the 2023 Lunch.
The cost of an individual ticket is £85 which includes a drinks reception and complimentary wine with lunch. If you are able to organise and book a table of 10, the cost is reduced to £800 per table.
TO BOOK: PLEASE CLICK ON THE BOOK NOW button where you can book and make payment for your table/tickets.
The closing date for bookings is FRIDAY 15th MARCH. Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so please make your booking as soon as possible to secure your tickets. Demand was exceptionally high last year and once all the tickets are sold we will announce this on the Women in Wales facebook page and on this website.
Prior to the lunch you will be sent an e-ticket to circulate to your guests and a form for guest names and dietary requirements.
As we plan this luncheon, we remain proud to host one of the most distinguished and recognised events in Welsh womens’ business and social calendars, held in recognition and celebration of the achievements of Women in Wales.
We look forward to receiving your booking and welcoming you to what promises to be a very special 30th Anniversary fundraising lunch.
